- FULL INTEGRATION WITH YOUR CRM DATABASE
DaXtra Capture integrates directly with all of our Partner CRM databases, either via a Partner-supplied API Interface, or directly with the underlying database software (SQL, Oracle, etc.). A DaXtra Capture appliance is typically co-located within your CRM database infrastructure, or via a hosted service platform where applicable. Integrations with non-Partner CRM databases can be written on request.
- AUTOMATIC CV LOADING FROM MAILBOX TO DATABASE
DaXtra Capture can directly monitor mailboxes set up for receiving incoming CVs, and process them onto your CRM database as they arrive. Network Folder shares can also be monitored in the same way. Incoming CVs are parsed, deduplicated and loaded to the database in seconds, with full queue management and exception handling provided within the product.
- MULTILINGUAL CV TECHNOLOGY AND GEOGRAPHICAL SUPPORT
DaXtra Parser is inbuilt into the workflow, including multilingual CV software capability providing automated data extraction in all geographical regions, and all modern languages and dialects, including English, German, French, Spanish, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, Portuguese, Brazilian Portuguese, Czech, Norwegian, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Swedish, Hebrew, Taiwanese, Turkish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, Danish, Dutch, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese and Catalan.

By deploying DaXtra Capture, different workflows can be specified for different queues, with rules specific to Location, Industry, Employment Type, amongst others. Logic and behaviour can be specified differently for New versus Update records, alongside different Tracking around Status, Ownership, Sourcing and Vacancy Applications. Optional Email alerts can be sent to either Candidates or Recruiters confirming status of the CV, allowing pro-active workflow notifications.

DaXtra Capture provides a simple web administration interface for setup and configuration, with the majority of tools provided as self-service modules. The vast majority of CVs are processed automatically, but inevitably some will encounter an exception due to data quality. A validation interface is provided for a nominated validator to deal with these exceptions, and provide the corrections that are needed to load. Reporting and Logging is available in the interface to run volume and productivity reports, or troubleshoot errors.
