- AGGREGATED CV SEARCHING OVER MULTIPLE SOURCES
DaXtra Search can speed up and simplify the job of CV matching by submitting a single query to all selected sources, retrieving the top-ranked results from each, and displaying them in a single interface for direct review and comparison.
Selected CVs can be individually or collectively downloaded into the CRM database as a standalone record, list, or a longlist/shortlist to a targeted vacancy. Saved searches can be re-run at any time, or even set as a Watchdog, running overnight and emailing you a list of any new Candidates that meet your criteria, for you to review first thing in the morning.
- EXPLOIT IN-HOUSE CRM DATABASE CVs
DaXtra Search integrates directly with Partner CRM databases. All CRM Candidate database records are directly synchronised with DaXtra Search on a near realtime basis.
DaXtra’s proprietary CV parser categorises each CRM record into a powerful data index, powered by our Natural Language semantic meta-search technology.
Searches are run over not only the unstructured CV text, but the parsed CV text, as well as CRM structured field data, such as dates, status, availability, skills taxonomy and even Recruiter notes. This allows powerful filtering and sorting on structured data, and our ranking of CRM database results is based on relevancy, not just how many times the search terms appear, but more importantly where they appear and in what context.
- EXPLOIT ONLINE TALENT COMMUNITY PROFILES
DaXtra Search integrates with approved Job boards or internet networking sites, and can directly mirror and automate the recruiter activity around entering a search query, and retrieving results.
These top-ranked results from each source are presented back to the Recruiter in the original rank and preview provided by each source, allowing review, selection and shortlist/download from a single interface.
Optionally, the most popular filters provided by each source can be used to narrow the search, alongside DaXtra’s own filtering and sorting tools over the Online Profiles, once the results are returned.
- SINGLE ACTION SHORTLISTING TO YOUR CRM DATABASE
DaXtra Search utilises the core technologies of DaXtra Capture to parse, deduplicate and load selected Online Profiles directly to the CRM database on demand.
As Online Profiles are viewed, where supported, you can elect to view the full CV individually, download to the CRM, or add to a shortlist for final export to your CRM database.
This behaviour replicates the licensing models and terms you may hold with each online source, ensuring the same activities, control and visibility under these accounts.
- INTUITIVE NAVIGATION, REVIEW, SORTING AND FILTERING TOOLS
DaXtra Search presents aggregated CV search results in a single view, collected in rank order by each source searched, enabling immediate review of the best candidates available.
Alternatively each set of results can be viewed under their own tab by source. Each result shows CV snippets or structured meta-data relevant to the query terms, and single-click action to view either the highlighted CV Preview or download and open the CV File.
Results can be further sorted by our unique categorisation engine, allowing drill-down on secondary terms of interest and relevancy found in the surrounding text that the original search term matched to. These powerful tools allow quick and easy sifting of results, to find the best selections for shortlists.
